Event Coordination
For the client that has planned their event, but would like someone to manage the details for a stress free day.
2 Months of planning meetings, overall coordination, for the event until all important details are complete (8-10 hours onsite). Set up of clients personal decor, limited to light weight items, such as DIY centerpieces, table numbers, escort cards and signage. | Coordination of all vendors and a comprehensive detailed timeline of your day’s events, including vendor and venue confirmation calls and emails. | Unlimited emails and phone calls during office hours, throughout the duration of your planning process. | 2 planners present day of. | Day of execution of your detailed timeline.
